There have been several threads on this. It appears to be a relatively common fault on these clasps. I believe Omega is replacing them under warranty. So, either contact Omega or your dealer and ask to have the entire clasp replaced and not repaired.
Just picked up a brand new (from AD) Seamaster blue wave diver and today—with no explainable reason—the clasp jammed while it was on my wrist. Both buttons stuck in the pushed-in position. In the end, in order to remove the watch, I had to remove a link. Searching I see that this a common problem, one button stays depressed, and as a really weird side note the clasp has locked up on me three or four times BUT only when I move my watch to my right wrist!
